Get a 5-Bedroom SFH Overlooking Lincoln Park for $3.995 Million: 2124 N. Lincoln Park West

This 5-bedroom at 2124 N. Lincoln Park West in East Lincoln Park came on the market in January 2024.

Built in 2002, this single family home is part of a 2-unit complex which appears to share the garage area. It’s on a 20×60 lot and has a 2-car street-facing garage.

This home has interior stairs as well as a custom elevator.

The listing says it was owned and designed by an AD100 designer and has “timeless luxury and distinctive character.”

The main level has views out to the park with a living room, family room, breakfast/dining room and kitchen along with a powder room.

The kitchen is a “high end” Baltaup kitchen with white and wood modern cabinets, white marble countertops, an island, top of the line appliances and an oversized polished nickel bespoke pot rack.

The family room has floor-to-ceiling bookshelves which can be a formal dining room.

There’s a professionally landscaped rear terrace that has a pergola.

It has a wood burning fireplace, wet bar and a terrace with “enchanting” park views.

The house has a grand staircase to the third floor which has 3 bedrooms.

The primary suite has a walk-in-closet and a marble bath with heated flooring.

There are also two other 2 bedroom suites but one has been turned into a walk-in-closet with a powder room. There’s also a laundry center on this floor.

The top floor has 2 more bedrooms, a spa-like bath, a workout room and office with a Lincoln Park facing terrace.

This home has central air.

It’s across from the Lincoln Park Zoo with lake and park views. You also have all the shops and restaurants of East Lincoln Park and Old Town nearby.

Listed at $3.995 million, is this the perfect location for Lincoln Park lovers?

Emily Sachs Wong at @properties Christie’s has the listing. See the pictures and floor plan here.

  1. Had a couple thoughts looking at this.

One, those people have a lot of STUFF.

Two, all that money and you can’t even see the lake.

Welcome back Sabrina, hope everything is okay.

  2. Seems odd to note that it was designed by an AD100 and not list who it was, especially as much lesser mortals are often listed

    Exterior areas are nice

Very nice kitchen thats soooo close to being awesome. Love the coiling doors. Very sad that the pots and pans look like the just came from Restaurant Depot. The Cisco prone is a bit of a head scratcher

The hanging monkey as you enter is a real WTF, the crow is bad as well…

Love the LR, Start a fire and grab a book

Not having a formal dining room at $4MM is a real miss

Agree with WB – Views suck

  3. If you don’t love this one, you can look at the one next door (a prior CC feature), too:

impossible to tell. the handles on the pots look like the ones on my All Clad.

“all that money and you can’t even see the lake.”

how many single families have views of the lake?

  5. Current owner of 2126 appears to have cannabis money, which largely explains a $4m purchase with no mortgage, and listing it 9 months later, and still sitting on it 18 months after that. Prior feature is here:

“odd to note that it was designed by an AD100 and not list who it was”

    That’s bc it’s the Seller.

  6. “impossible to tell.”

I think he meant that they look brand new. Which they do.

Of course, if they were all grungy from daily use, there’d be a complaint about why they didn’t clean them for the pix.

Very unique. Certainly allows older buyers to consider this home.

  11. I remember these being built. Great location but I dislike that prominent garage door. Still, considering the interior elegance I’d say this is a decent value. Too bad the lake isn’t visible from the roof deck.
