Built in 1890, the rowhouse is on a 20×80 lot and has a 2-car garage.

For those old-timers on this site who have a keen eye, we have chattered about this row house before, 11 years ago, in 2011.

In 2011, it was listed as a 2-flat, with the first floor space acting as a 1-bedroom apartment.

It has 11 foot ceilings on the second floor and hardwood floors throughout.

There aren’t many vintage features remaining on the interior but it does have 3 working fireplaces including one in the living room, one in the dining room/kitchen and one in the main floor family room/living room.

It has skylights.

The second floor is the main living space with the living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath.

The kitchen has wood cabinets with stainless steel appliances and an island that is open to the dining room.

It also leads to a grilling deck.

There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor, the washer/dryer and one full bath that is a jack-and-jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms.

The main level has the fourth bedroom, a second full bathroom, a small kitchen with stainless steel appliances and white cabinets and a living/family room. The listing says this level could be a nanny or in-law suite.

The row house also has a large deck on top of the 2-car garage.

There’s no central air, just window units.

This row house is near the Lincoln Park Zoo and the shops and restaurants of Old Town.

In 2011, it was originally listed at $950,000 and was reduced but never sold and was withdrawn from the market.

In 2022, it has come on at $1.25 million.
