Reduction on Harry Weese Duplex: 235 W. Eugenie in Old Town

There were a lot of fans of this 1965 mid-century modern Harry Weese-designed duplex condo when we last chattered about it in March 2008.

It is still available and has been reduced $5,000.

  2. I really enjoy seeing some of these listings revisited. The link to the old threads are priceless. We can read all the posts claiming that a unit is reasonably priced and will be sold momentarily, and then chuckle as we see another owner chasing the market down (or in this case, a boneheaded realtor trying the age-old – and now worthless – trick of an price change so it will show up again in the filters other realtors have set up in their MLSNI account.

  3. Whoa! A whopping 1.2% price decrease!

Sounds like another owner unable to bring money to the table to closing.

I can see it already: another tale of 95%+ LTV financing..

Keep listening to those RE agents wannabe sellers. Keep livin’ the dream..
