  1. Wish they listed the July ask

Outside of the usual TH limitations, this seems like a decent deal for someone that wants a TH

Appreciation is horrible, especially since it’s recently updated

  2. “set on a quiet cul-de-sac”

In pic #8, you can see the Ranalli’s patio tables.

But I suppose we’ll hear how that’s “down the block”.

Everytime I sat at those tables, amid loud groups, crying babies, and the aromas of food and dumpsters wafting up towards the balconies of this place, I wondered how the residents there felt about it. Unit looks nice thought.

  4. Nice place, but there’s no way it doesn’t smell like a pizza oven most of the time. How much you want to bet the agent tries to push showings to the AM weekday hours.

The bigger question is if it’s authentic like Eataly and do they use “real” San Maranzano tomato’s

I’m not sure that Ranalli’s uses real *tomato*. The beer is real, tho.
