    Jan-21 $391k + CPI = $467k.

    Oh, shit.

    Kitchen upgrades are pretty subtle in the pix, but nice. As always, think it would look better if they’d spent a bit more on the range, but lmost no one else cares.

  5. Not hosting a lot of dinner parties with that kitchen and dining setup. Quite depressing in that manner. If you always eat out and work from home this might be okay though.
